Glam up this Diwali.!

Its Diwali time! so excited.. why? because there is so much to do! gifts, shopping, decorations, lighting, happiness, and last but not the least.. dressing! yes, dressing up on Diwali is the most exciting thing that we do.. But the question is, What are we wearing? you can wear anything you like! but  if u want to be trendy this Diwali then you will have to take some time out for shopping!

yes, fashion keeps on changing and updating. Trend that was so loved an year back is now outdated! I am talking about Anarkalis..  this season they are a no no! but some of you might love to wear Anarkalis as you might look the best in them then I suggest you to pick bright colours.

You can go for A-line kurtis and asymmetrical kurtas as they are in trend this season. A-Line Kurtis with flared bottoms will add a feminine character to your look. go for Georgette instead of chiffon as it will give you a heavier fall. Try to play with colours. Go for metallic, Orange, Green, powdered pink, ivory, champagne etc. You can even wear long kurta with palazzo bottoms which actually looks so good and trendy. women wearing that so effortlesly manages to look fashionable. The kurta is actually not very fitted. Its a bit lose. No need for any dupatta. and yes White colour works the best this season but you can anyway experiment with colors. 🙂 I also like Silk kurtas with silver buttons on them.

Have you ever thought of Long Kalidar dresses with palazzos, not churidars! no? OK, now you know. Team ’em together and it’ll work wonders!

Let’s talk about the makeup. makeup will totally depend upon the colors in your outfit. but remember, your makeup should not be overdone! Overdoing is so not in fashion.!

opt for Jewelled cluth clutch, Broad Karas(bangles), and footwear by your preference. Some would opt for flats and some for high heels. Totally your call. Accessories are way too many. But we have to keep it simple ‘coz its Diwali, and we have to maintain a difference between a festival and a wedding..Right?

Lastly, Diwali is a festival of lights! not only it lights up our house but also lights up our soul with positivity. Just be happy and let your surroundings be enchanted with your positivity.

Love.
